I got a best time Rosamond's Bower Solitaire and it never got posted??? WHY?

It may be because of several things: The most common is that if you're not logged in when a stats enabled game is started, times and other stats aren't recorded (I probably should warn about this when logging in on a game page - I'll put it in the todo list!) If you lose your net connection during or just before the score submission process it'll fail too. Finally, the page doesn't reload the scoreboard at the moment during the game when you submit a score, so you'll need to refresh afterwards to see if you have a score; similarly it only shows the top 10 scores, so you'll not see yours if it's not in the top 10. (Both of these things are on my todo list - the first needs an updated to the games, which is not so easy, the second just needs me to do a bit more work on the stats so you can see what you've got) Please accept my apologies. Hopefully you'll be able to get a decent score again!

I also have had a problem with my good time not being recorded. I looked over the suggested reasons why and none of them apply, I was logged in, I did not get disconnected during the game and I have refreshed and actually exited the site and reentered. It is in Yukon and it takes a lot of tries just to get a successful game let alone set a new record time so I am disappointed that your computers didn't catch it.

Hm. I'll have to have a think about it all - it might be to do with my message system not trying hard enough to resend messages when things fail. If there's any red messages that crop up in the top corner, though, that might be useful to know. I'll see what I can do - since I'm planning to rework some of this anyway in the new year, hopefully I'll get it right this time! Sorry that your scores haven't submitted though, I know the effort it takes sometimes to get a good score!
